Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) is an evidence based course, developed by Dr. Jon Kabat- Zinn in 1979 at University of Massachusetts, Medical Centre. Taught across the world by well qualified teachers, MBSR is scientifically proven to help people better cope with stress, anxiety, pain and promote enhanced sense of well being.

I had been having a rough ride in my life due to some persistent health issues. It seemed like an endless dark tunnel for me & just then I was introduced to Swasti.
