    Challenges and unpredictability can be overwhelming and can play havoc with our physical and emotional self. Subtle and silent build up of stress can throw us off guard if it is left unaddressed.

    It is NOW more crucial than ever before to have an understanding of what stress is, how deeply it has filtered into our lives and what are our options in dealing with it.

    Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) is an evidence based course, developed by Dr. Jon Kabat- Zinn in 1979 at University of Massachusetts, Medical Centre. Taught across the world by well qualified teachers, MBSR is scientifically proven to help people better cope with stress, anxiety, pain and promote enhanced sense of well being.

    Program Overview:

    • Orientation Session- mandatory attendance, before the start of the course
    • 2- 2.5 hour session once a week for 8 weeks
    • One mandatory experiential day retreat
    • Daily 45 mins practice commitment during the 8 weeks
    • Gentle movement/ yoga are a part of the program
    • Formal and informal mindfulness practices, group discussions are included
    • One-on-One check in with the instructor 
    • Certificate of participation upon request
    • Standard Program Cost: CHF 650.00  (flexible pricing tier on request)

    The key Learning points of the program:

    • Recognise unhelpful habits, behaviours and patterns of the mind
    • Understand how stress builds up and learn about your in-built response 
    • Understand how to self regulate your mood and responses 
    • Learn to alter self-perception and in the process shift your perception of the world
    • Learn to build meaningful relationships and connections by being a mindful listener
    • Learn a variety of practices, how and when to apply them
    • Develop a personal tool-kit for self-help to tap into your inner resources 
    • Initiate a gentle yet pronounced shift from survive to thrive in your life
